Product Description
Viton Rubber Profile Extruded offers exceptional resistance to heat, chemicals, and oils, making it ideal for demanding sealing and gasketing applications. Its durability and flexibility ensure reliable performance in harsh environments.

Features: 
High Temperature Resistance: Up to 230°C, intermittent 250°C 
Chemical Resistance: Withstands oils, fuels, lubricants, and acids.
Durability: Resistant to ozone, weathering, and aging.
Compression Set Resistance: Retains shape and sealing properties.
Low Permeability: Effective for gas sealing.
Mechanical Strength: High tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
Flame Resistance: Good flame resistance and low smoke generation.
Electrical Insulation: Provides good electrical properties.

Application : Used in the automotive industry for high-temperature engine components, such as valve seals and O-rings. They are also utilized in the aerospace, marine and ship building sector for fuel system seals and gaskets,  road & rail transport for seals in braking systems and engine compartments
